1. Minimum stay / Prices / Discounts
The minimum stay is 2 nights. Prices depend on the apartment you choose and your selected cancellation policy, and will be provided upon your booking request.
Regarding final cleaning, we expressly refer to points 7 and 8 of our General Terms and Conditions (GTC).

3. Booking / Payment
Inquiries and bookings for our holiday apartments are only possible online. Guests will receive prompt notification regarding the availability of their desired apartment(s) for the requested period, including the rate and booking and payment details.
Additional charges, for example for the use of the washing machine or a change of linen, must be paid in cash on site.
We reserve the right, for important reasons, to provide an equivalent or superior alternative apartment instead of the reserved one. No claims of any kind arise from this. Obvious printing or calculation errors entitle us to contest the rental agreement.
4. Arrival / Key handover / Departure
Check-in is usually possible from 5:00 PM on the day of arrival, and check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. If you require an earlier arrival or later departure, please let us know in advance. Keys will be handed over on site.
Upon departure, please deposit the key(s) in the mailbox at the gate. You are required to present your valid identity card or passport and complete a registration form upon arrival.
5. Guest cancellation / Guest does not arrive
Cancellations must generally be made in writing (letter, email, or fax). Cancellations for online bookings are only possible online and will be treated like written cancellations. Guests can withdraw from the contract free of charge up to 14 days before the start of the rental period. Any payments already made will be refunded.
If you do not arrive by 10:00 PM on the day of arrival, or by one hour after an agreed later time, and do not provide any explanation, the contract will be considered cancelled. Any payments already made (including deposits) cannot be refunded in this case.
6. Guest's Liability
You are liable for all damage you cause to the rental property and for damage resulting from the loss of keys, insofar as you are at fault or otherwise responsible for such damage. You are also liable for damage caused by your visitors.
You are obligated to notify us of any damage immediately. This applies in particular to damage that may also affect other areas of the house (e.g., water damage, fire damage). You are liable to compensate us for all damages for which you are responsible due to a cancellation or extraordinary termination in accordance with sections 10b, 10c, and 10d of our Terms and Conditions.
7. Guest's obligations / Hygiene and cleanliness / Keeping of animals
When leaving the apartment, electrical appliances and lights must be switched off, and the front door and all windows must be closed. The courtyard gate must be locked at all times.
The final price includes only the usual cleaning costs for the apartment. Therefore, the apartment must be left swept clean, with the refrigerator and trash emptied, the dishes washed and put away, and the stove and kitchen appliances cleaned.
For hygiene reasons, the beds may only be used with bedding consisting of a fitted sheet, duvet cover, and pillowcase. Even when using a sleeping bag, a fitted sheet and pillowcase must be used!
Out of consideration for guests with allergies, pets are not allowed. If this rule is disregarded, we reserve the right to charge you a reasonable cleaning fee.
8. Quit smoking
We kindly ask you to be considerate so that future guests can also feel comfortable in the apartment. Therefore, our holiday apartments are non-smoking. Smoking is prohibited throughout the building.
A cleaning fee of €200.00 may be charged for violations. However, smoking is permitted in the courtyard or on the church square opposite the building.
9. Right of access to the apartments
We reserve the right to access the holiday apartments at any time, particularly in cases of imminent danger. We will duly consider your legitimate interests when exercising this right of access. We will inform you in advance of exercising this right of access unless, given the circumstances of the individual case, this is unreasonable or impossible for us.
10. Right of withdrawal of the provider
We are entitled to withdraw from the contract or to terminate it without notice for objectively justified reasons, for example if:
a) force majeure or other circumstances beyond our control make the performance of the contract impossible,
b) the holiday apartment is used for purposes other than residential use,
c) we have reasonable grounds to believe that you are endangering the safety or peace of other guests or neighbors, or our public reputation.
d) fail to comply with any other obligations arising from these terms and conditions
11. Liability of the provider
We will inform you immediately of your right to withdraw from or terminate the contract. In cases covered by clause 10a of our Terms and Conditions, we will promptly refund any rent payments and/or advance payments already made.
In the event of a justified cancellation or termination by us, you are not entitled to compensation. We are not liable for any items you bring onto the premises. These are not considered items brought onto the premises within the meaning of Sections 701 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB). Any liability on our part under these provisions is therefore expressly excluded. This also expressly applies to valuables that you keep and/or leave behind in the holiday apartment.
12. Price reduction
In the event of a short-term failure of furnishings, there is no entitlement to a price reduction. However, we will endeavor to provide you with reasonable compensation.
In the event of a failure of supply services such as heating, electricity, water, internet, radio and television, or due to force majeure, there is generally no entitlement to a price reduction, especially if the cause of the interruption is outside the responsibility of the supplier.
Any defects in the holiday apartment must be reported to us immediately upon discovery. You must allow us a reasonable period to remedy the defects. Later complaints will not be accepted and cannot be taken into account.
13. Data Protection Clause
You agree that the collected data will be stored and processed electronically.
14. Severability Clause
Should any of the foregoing provisions be or become invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. The invalid provision shall be replaced by a provision that most closely approximates the purpose of the provision to be replaced. Otherwise, the statutory provisions shall apply.
