A cot and highchair can be provided free of charge if required.
Holders of a Luther Pass with a Herzberg stamp receive one free bottle of wine per apartment.

Due to the layout of the apartment, it is rather unsuitable as accommodation for fitters, as spatial separation between the people is not possible.
