In addition to a basic price for the respective apartment, you also pay a price per accompanying person.
Bookings are only possible online. Please note that we offer two furnished apartments without meals included. However, there is a convenient breakfast option nearby.
It is generally not possible to rent the apartments for less than 2 nights.
Due to the layout of the apartments, they are rather unsuitable as accommodation for fitters, as spatial separation between the people is not possible.

Apartment “Zieten” (45 sqm) between 60 and 80 EUR.
Price per person:
In addition to the above-mentioned basic price for the apartments, we charge 5 EUR per person per night.
Discounts:
For longer, continuous rentals, we offer discounts on the base price from the first day as follows:
Base price -10 EUR for a stay of at least 7 nights
Base price -20 EUR for a stay of at least 14 nights
Base price -30 EUR for a stay of at least 21 nights
Base price -40 EUR for a stay of at least 28 nights
Other prizes:
Linen change (bed sheet, duvet cover, 2 towels) = 10 EUR
Use of washing machine including detergent = 10 EUR
German Armed Forces:
Members of the German Armed Forces are very welcome. Please contact us using the booking request form.
Booking / Cancellation / Payment:
Cancellation possible up to 14 days before arrival
Payment of the total price within 7 days
Immediate refund of payments upon cancellation
For bookings with an arrival date less than 14 days away, there is generally no right of cancellation.
